| In May 2008, The California Endowment, along with the UCSF Institute for Health Policy Studies, released a fact sheet titled, "The Burden of Asthma on Schools". This document provides data on the economic burden of asthma on schools, impacts on school absenses and school achievement, and information on environmental triggers of asthma.
