| Common Sense California (CSC) is offering a total of $125,000 in grant funds, through their Citizen Engagement Grant Program, to municipalities, school districts, and non-profit organizations throughout the state that are attempting to engage citizens in the policy-making process. CSC is offering grants for use in developing campaigns that involve the public around issues pertaining to city/regional and/or K-12 policy. Citizen Engagement Grants will be awarded two ways – through four Common Sense Grants up to $25,000 each (proposals are due September 10th) and through Catalyst Grants in amounts up to $7,500 that will be awarded on a rolling basis.
